Anxiety, can have a seemingly relentless presence that many of us are all too familiar with. It moves into our minds, paralyses us with worry, and has the power to hold us in fear.

Instead of avoiding or fighting against it, we can choose to embrace anxiety as an opportunity for growth. By shifting our perspective and working with anxiety, we can positively transform towards freedom.

The first step is to acknowledge and accept the anxiety. Instead of suppressing or denying it, we can acknowledge its presence, and allow ourselves to explore the underlying causes and triggers. This self-awareness forms the foundation upon which a transformation can occur.

Once we have identified the root causes of the anxiety, we can then begin to challenge and reframe our thoughts and beliefs, opening ourselves up to new possibilities, and the realisation that we can handle whatever challenges come our way.

By shifting perspective, we can move anxiety towards self-discovery, personal growth and ultimately freedom.

    The easiest way to get started is to schedule an initial discovery call. During the call, I’ll get to know more about you, what you would like to work on and make sure that we are a good fit to work together.

  • You will receive a pre consultation questionnaire prior to your 45 minute zoom meeting.

    This is an opportunity for you to think about what is most important for you right now, what you would like to focus on and how you would like to improve your current issue /situation.

    I use this information to help guide you through the consultation process, and gather all the information that will be beneficial for an amazing RTT® session.

    Healing begins throughout this process, and will give you a glimpse of the extraordinary benefits of RTT® therapy.

  • This is where phenomenal change happens.

    I recommend an extended 90 day supported programme for complex anxiety disorders to be most beneficial in the healing process.

    Allow between 1.5 - 2 hours for each RTT® session.

    Together we will explore the root cause of the anxiety, understand and eliminate old belief systems, behaviours and patterns, and re- program the subconscious mind with more positive and effective belief systems to help support you to stay calm, confident, relaxed and in control of any situation.

  • I am here to support you every step of the way, from the initial discovery call - right through to the end of your program.

    I offer 90 days of extended support via zoom / email throughout your personalised programme.

    You will also receive 3 personalised transformational audios to listen to after your RTT® session and any additional tools you may need to assist and support you on your therapy journey.
